Your comfort is our greatest concern, please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your visit more pleasant.


During regular office hours: calling the office in the morning will allow us to assist you promptly.  After hours: contact the answering service at 330-725-4101.  They will contact the doctor on call.


We follow the latest infection control guidelines and use state-of-the-art sterilization equipment.
Our Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary assistants are here to not only assist Dr. Jennie during procedures but they also will be placing your filings.
They have continued their education at an accredited university.  They passed the board exam and received their state license. 
Dental Hygienists
Two of the dental hygienists in our office have been licensed to administer local anesthesia.  You may meet them on the day of your restorative appointment.

For the patients WITHOUT insurance, a payment courtesy of 10% will be subtracted from the total obligation, if the entire service is paid in full on the date of service with cash or check.  This does not apply to dentures or partials. 


With fast approval from CARECREDIT, you can choose a payment plan that best suits your financial needs.  We will assist you in processing the necessary information.  Please ask us if you would like more information or visit


We are currently a provider for Aetna, MetLife, and Delta dental plans.
It is our pleasure to assist you in maximizing your dental benefits.  As a courtesy, in addition to filing the claim, we will only ask for your estimated responsibility on the day of treatment.  Please understand THIS IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE based on the information available to us.
The benefits range solely on what your employer chooses to purchase.  Some plans cover as little as 30% and some as high as 100%.  Most fall within the 40% to 80% range.
We will assist you any way we can. Once the carrier has paid the claim, any balance will be due upon receipt of our statement.  If for any reason we have not received the insurance payment after 90 days, the balance will be due and payable by you.
*We will also submit to insurance that we are NOT on the provider list for (out of network), however their fees will vary.  This is something you will need to discuss with your insurance company to see what percentage scale they follow.


We accept all of the following: cash, VISA, Care Credit, masterCard, Discover, money order, or personal check
